PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Centurion 500mm Nylon RAZ Rack for Sliding Gates is a toothed rack that is specifically designed for various sliding gate motors with a maximum weight of 600kg as it has a universal tooth pitch.
The raz rack is manufactured from nylon making it very strong and durable even after long exposure to sun. Additionally, the raz rack is ideal for coastal areas as they do not rust. Some added benefits of the nylon raz rack include a reduction in part weight and less operating noise.
Installation is quick and easy, no welding is needed, they simply screw onto the gate and can easily be adjusted thanks to the mounting holes that are slotted.
APPLICATIONS OF THE NYLON RAZ RACK:
Suitable for sliding gates not exceeding 600kg and can be fitted with the following motors:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
- Check that all interlocking pieces are properly secured to the gate.
- Inspect nylon teeth for worn out or broken teeth and replace sections if necessary.
WARNINGS AND LIMITATIONS ON THE NYLON RAZ RACK 500mm:
- All installations must e done by a suitable qualified technician.
- Ensure that the correct spacing is applied between the motor pinion and the rack to ensure a smooth opening and closing of the gate. Incorrect spacing will either result in pressure on the motor and gearbox when the spacing is to little or damage to the rack when the spacing is too much as the pinion will strip the rack or break pieces off.
